Transcripts of courses taken, grades given and certificates/diplomas/degrees received at the College are retained in the Academic Affairs Office.
At the end of each semester an official grade report detailing the courses taken and grades/credits obtained is issued to each student. Official Transcripts are issued to the students at the end of their program of study.
Copies of transcripts may be obtained by the student from the Academic Affairs Office.
Any student attempting to gain access to or gain possession of another student's record will be subject to a disciplinary proceeding and suspension from the College. No transcript will be issued to students who have outstanding financial obligations to the College.
