a. Transfer Policy

An applicant is considered to be a transfer student, when he/she has attended another establishment of post-secondary (higher) education. The College welcomes applications for admission from students who have attended other institutions of tertiary level education, provided that the program attended is accredited by the relevant authorities in the applicant' s country. All transfer applicants must submit their applications and credentials to the Director of Admissions at least three months prior to the commencement of classes of each of the programs of study.

Courses submitted for transfer credit are evaluated by the Director of Admissions, prior to fall or spring registration and applicants are notified in writing regarding transfer credits granted as well as elective and major courses to be taken for completion of diploma or degree requirements.

All transfer students must get a minimum of 50% of the required credits of the Travel and Tourism and the Information Technology Programs or 33% for Hotel Administration program, or 25% of the credits for the Business Studies, the Hospitality Management, the Events Management or the Accounting and Finance programs at the College.

b. Transfer Procedures

Transfer procedures are the same as the admission procedures with the only exception being that transfer applicants should ask all post secondary institutions attended to send all available official transcripts directly to the Director of Admissions. Transfer students may be asked to take the Entrance Exams of the College.
