Internal Regulations for Employee Conduct Committing any of the following acts is considered as legal grounds for immediate dismissal. a) Theft or embezzlement of any assets belonging to guests or other employees. b) Presenting false documents when applying for employment. c) Performing the duties assigned under the influence of drugs or alcohol. d) indecent behavior, including gambling or quarreling on hotel premises, as well as any form of extortion, blackmail in detriment to the residents, guests superior officers, sub-ordinate officers and colleagues. e) Refusal to obey to superior officers, use of foul and inappropriate language in the work environment. f) Immoral or offensive conduct, or encouragement of such conduct g) Smoking in non designated area. h) Non compliance with work shift, as well as unjustified absence from work or departure from work place without permission. i) Unjustified presence at guest or resident events within or even outside hotel premises. j) Non compliance with the uniform code including the name tag. k) Use of non designated space for consumption of food and drink. l) Absence without notification of management for 3 consecutive days. |
