Disciplinary Measures
Disciplinary Measures Disciplinary measures will be taken against any employee that commits any of the following offense. Management places the utmost importance and will deal with extreme severity which depending on the breach of the term may result in the dismissal without prior notification or compensation of the employee/s in question. a) Misuse or theft of hotel assets. b) Use of foul language or insulting a resident, guest, colleague, superior officer or management. c) Possession or use of alcoholic beverages, drugs or coming to work under the influence of the above. d) Possession or trafficking of dangerous items, rude foul and indecent behavior or coercing others to do so. e) Deliberate disobedience to directions or commands of a superior officer or repetitive breach of the hotels rules and regulations. f) Deliberate absence or repetitive delayed arrival to work. g) Sleeping on duty. h) Deliberate damage to hotel property and assets, use of hotels equipment or machinery without permission. i) Forgery. j) Gambling. |
